Meet Your Elder Law & Estate Planning Attorney
“Your Estate Ally” in Elder Law.
Hello, my name is Sheri Tucker. I believe that your estate plan is a life plan designed to bring you peace of mind for you and your family. As your personal care attorney, I bring a personal touch to my work at Tucker Legal Services, LLC. You receive an advocate who is dedicated to service with integrity. For me estate planning and elder law is a dedicated area of practice. Therefore, I maintain professional memberships in organizations to provide best practices and serve you the Client efficiently and effectively.
Because I grew up in a military hometown, I understand the sacrifice. My father was a military veteran. Therefore, I give back to U.S. military Veterans for service to their country by giving a 10% discount to retired and honorably discharged military veterans on estate planning. My passion for helping individuals with disabilities or dementia comes through in every aspect of my work, allowing me to serve as a strong advocate for my clients. Sheri Tucker and Tucker Legal Services is here to help with your estate planning, elder law, and disability law needs.
Why Elder Law & Estate Planning?
I am a life-long experienced advocate for the elderly and people with disabilities. I chose estate planning and elder law as a practice area because it allows me to help prepare life plans and advocate for vulnerable populations. I work with seniors experiencing hard life choices with long-term care and elder care law issues. Seniors are a vulnerable population who need a strong advocate. I enjoy helping families and individuals with disabilities to plan for a peace of mind and quality of life. As a member of the St. Louis community, I play an active role to support Cause Partners.
As part of my law practice I give back to the community. My law firm adopted The Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis as a Cause Partner. The firm donates time and resources to support this great non-profit in helping families and individuals with disabilities.
Another Cause partner is the Greater Missouri Chapter for the Alzheimer’s Association. It remains important to raise community awareness for families and Seniors facing a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer’s.
I’ve lived in the St. Louis County area for several years beginning in 1991. Because of travels, I attended different universities.
- University of Arkansas, Fayetteville J.D. 1988 – 1991
- East Central University, M.S. Psychology 1986 – 1987
- Cameron University, B.A. English; Minor psychology 1982-1986
